Waivers of the Restrictive Covenants

3.5 The Committee shall have the right and authority to waive, modify, alter,

change or approve any covenant, term, condition or restriction contained in these

Restrictive Covenants where, in the opinion of the Committee, such change is necessary or required for the advantage and best appearance of the subdivision.
