Section 9. Enforcement

The Restrictive Covenants provide tthat Anyone in the neighborhood can enforce the rules.  Legal action is allowed if rules are broken.
If someone violates or tries to violate the rules, other owners can:

• Go to court
• Ask to stop the violation
• Force the person to fix it
• Seek money (damages) or other legal remedies
