Other Structure Requests

3.2 No building, structure or improvement of any nature shall be erected, placed,

or altered on any lot until the construction plans and specifications and a plan showing

the location of such building, structure or improvement have been approved by the

Committee as to quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with

existing structures, and location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation

and meeting the other standards set forth in this instrument.
